I worship as the Kalpa-vrksha, and salute as the kamadhenu the esteemed Raghavendrar who is always engaged in the true dharma;. He is a brilliant sun who destroys the false arguer, and a moon that casts a mellow light upon the Vishnu devotees; salutations to Guru Shri Raghavendrar.

There are so many methods.
I would like to discuss about a very simple way to meditate which I learnt from somebody in a meditation program.
We need to breath in and out in a streamlined and systematic manner to achieve good health and happiness.
Meditation can be done in any place of your choice
Now for the method,
* Please sit in a comfortable position
* close your eyes.
* slowly open the eyes half open and start observing your breath through your nose.
* initially your inner thoughts would surround you.
* keep continuing your observation.
* Please note only your observation and NOT CONCENTRATION
* start these sessions for few minutes initially and increase the duration gradually day by day.
* Once you reach an ideal observing position increase number of minutes of meditation equal to your age.
* You will be able to visualise the breathing levels in a lengthy manner and slowly decreasing and settle at your fore- head just above,between the two eyes , and in the centre .
* Slowly you will find the results wonderful, clubbed with calmness in mind and improved intuition and a lot more.
Please share your experience after performing the above steps in Meditation.
